Dec 18: The Christmas Hampers will be packed and delivered this evening.

******

Dec 20: We are planning to go caroling in Cochrane. We will leave from the Mitford Ponds Parking lot at 1:30. Hot chocolate and coffee at the Mission Centre following.

Dec 22: NEW DATE: We wi l l celebrate Christmas this evening with our not so traditional concert as well as the artisan display and way too much good food. The Concert will start at 7:30 and the displays will be ready for viewing by 6:00.Please bring your wonderful Christmas goodies on disposable plates.

Dec 29: We will celebrate the Lord’s Supper at the conclusion of the Service.

Jan 16: The Singles are holding their belated Christmas party at Lori's. See Sandi for more details.

Jan 30: Tentative Ministry Conference at the Mission Centre. More details to come.

Jan 31: Ugly Ranch Horse Competition, Horsemanship clinics and Pot Luck lunch. We also are planning to host a horsemanship clinic as well .

Financial Update: To the end of November 2009, the gifts to God have totaled $ 122,700.09 and our operating costs to date are $ 122,804.20. We are in the position of running behind by $ 104.11. The Leadership Team is committed to use every dollar that you generously give to God, to operate this ministry as effectively as possible.

Cowboy Trail Friendship Decals are still available. See Candy Villett or Dee Doige. They feature the same silhouette as pictured on the on top of this Bulletin. Cost is $8.00 and they come in black, white, gold, silver and red. License plates also available.

BIRTHDAYS/ANNIVERSARIES - The first Tuesday of every month we acknowledge everyone’s Milestones with a Special Cake. Our Official Cake Lady, Pat Buckler, will be in charge of arranging our cake for us. Thank you Pat for the excellent job you are doing!!
